Before regular group play, we run a temperament evaluation and place your dog in the right play group by size and energy. On a daycare day, you drop off in the morning, your dog plays in supervised cage-free groups with rest periods built in, and you pick up a tired and happy dog in the evening. For boarding, your dog stays in a climate-controlled suite with daytime play included, fed and medicated to your routine, with pickup by appointment.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 6:30am to 7pm, so a daycare day fits around a normal work schedule with time to spare. Drop off on your way in, pick up on your way home. Boarding pickups are by appointment so we can have your dog ready and brief you on how the stay went.
Yes. We run a temperament evaluation before a dog joins regular group play, both to confirm group daycare is a good fit and to place them in the right play group. It keeps every dog in the yard safe. If a dog does better in a smaller group or one-on-one, we will tell you honestly rather than force a setting that stresses them.
Our staff are trained in pet first aid and CPR and watch the play groups the whole time, so issues get caught early. We keep your emergency contact and your vet on file, and for anything beyond minor first aid we contact you right away and get your dog to a vet. We will walk you through our health and emergency process before the first visit.
Yes. Boarding includes daytime play, so a boarding dog gets a daycare-style day built in. You can also add a groom during a daycare or boarding visit so you pick up a clean dog without a second trip, and training sessions can run alongside daycare. We quote any add-on before we do it.

No charge to reschedule a daycare day with reasonable notice - just give us a heads up. Holiday boarding reservations may carry a deposit or a cancellation window because the suites fill and we turn away other dogs to hold your spot; we spell that out clearly when you book so there is no surprise.
